In our restaurant and tasting room Spingaren at the Herengracht in the city centre of Amsterdam, you can enjoy our unique home-made meat, fish and vegetarian charcuterie. The industrial-Scandinavian styling of the restaurant is implemented by interior architect Maarten Jamin, in which our magnificent bar is the hart of the restaurant. Spingaren has a large assortment of beers, we serve different wines per glas and our GT’s and cocktails are a real recommendation. De menu exists of different home-made charcuterie from where you select your own board which you can share with your table companions. Think of pastrami, dry sausage, patés, kimchi and pickles. Delicious with drinks or as a starter! Besides the Spingaren charcuterie, you can find delicious meat dishes, fresh fis and innovative vegetable dishes on our menu. During the season we also serve game and mussels. You are welcome for a drink, to taste or for an extensive dinner, everything is possible at Spingaren!
